When you submit a form, Moore in Dallas saves the information you provide: your name, email, optional phone number, quiz answers, event date or inquiry, and communication preferences. Optional profile questions include your time in DFW, age range, neighborhoods, group size, budget, and birthday month and day.

When you follow a tagged marketing link or arrive from another website, we may save campaign labels, the referring website, landing-page path, and visit time with your submission. Temporary session storage carries these labels between pages. Your first recorded source and latest attributed visit are saved in our database and HighLevel to help us understand which promotions bring visitors. Referring URLs are limited to the website origin, without their query strings or fragments.

Why we collect it

We use responses to personalize recommendations, manage event interest lists, understand community interests, and respond to partnership inquiries. Email updates are optional. Automated marketing texts are optional and require the separate SMS consent checkbox. We store the consent wording, version, date, source page, and mobile number. Earlier requests to hear about future texting are not treated as marketing consent. Choosing an introduction preference does not itself share your information with another person.

Your quiz profile and card

Your completed profile is stored in the website’s database and synchronized to our HighLevel CRM for contact management and interest-based communication. A private browser cookie lets you return to your own results for up to six months. Anyone using the same browser profile may be able to see those results. Incomplete answers may be kept as a local draft. The share card contains your Dallas type and selected public taste labels; it excludes contact details, dating goals, availability, age, budget, birthday, and introduction preferences. You decide whether to download or share it.

What is active today

Forms and profiles save responses. The website collects permission for email and recurring automated marketing texts and synchronizes preferences with HighLevel. Message delivery begins only after our sending service is activated. This site does not process payments or sell tickets. Event interest lists do not guarantee entry or reserve tickets.

Mobile information

We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS consent with other businesses for their marketing. Hosting and messaging providers, including HighLevel, may process this information only to deliver our services. We do not share text-message opt-in records for third-party promotions. Data security

We use HTTPS to encrypt information sent between your browser and this website. Profile records are stored in our hosted database and HighLevel CRM with access controls. Our CRM credentials remain on the server and are not included in public website code. A private session cookie limits access to your saved profile in this browser. These safeguards help protect against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure, but no online service or method of storage can guarantee complete security.

Storage and your choices

Responses are not displayed to other visitors. To request a correction, deletion, or a change to your email preferences, email brandon@mooreindallas.com with “Privacy request” in your message. Providing a phone number or agreeing to email updates is optional. You can edit quiz answers from your results page.

Site access

This website is publicly accessible. Our hosting provider may process technical information and cookies to operate and protect the site. Moore in Dallas does not add advertising trackers to this site. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.
